Fee Schedule for Driving to Client's Location

These fees apply to all mobile services (Notary Public/Paralegal services) with the exception of Wedding Ceremonies which have their own fee schedule

Dade County
• South Dade County (Flagler Street up to 215^th street S.W.) - Up to $40 (at my discretion - it can be less - depending on actual distance)
• South Dade County (South of 215^th Street) - $50 
• North Dade County - Up to $40 (at my discretion)

Broward County  
• South Broward County  - $50
• North Broward County  - $60  

Palm Beach County  
• South Palm Beach County  - $70  
• North Palm Beach County  - $80  

Florida Keys
• Monroe County - up to Key Largo - $80
• Monroe County - up to Islamorada - $115
• Monroe County - up to Key West  - $150

Airport Travel Fee to MIA (Miami International Airport) - $60 travel fee for Notary/Paralegal Service calls. Parking fees may apply if I need to stay with the client at the airport over 30 minutes.

Airport Travel Fee to FLL (Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport) - $80 travel fee for Notary/Paralegal Service calls.  Parking fees may apply if I need to stay with the client at the airport over 30 minutes.

Parking expenses, if any - will be the actual amount charged to the Notary/Paralegal by the parking service. If parking is free with validation, then there is no charge or cost to the client. If there is suitable free parking on the street, I will choose for that option first.

Waiting Fee, if any - If I arrive at our agreed upon meeting place on time and I have to wait for you over 15 minutes past our agreed upon time, there will be a waiting fee of $1.00 per minute past the first 15 minutes that I have to wait for the client, in addition to my travel fees.

Inconvenience Fee - Your travel fee (as outlined on this page) plus $10.00 per call if I travel to a scheduled signing and no signing takes place due to a signer's inability or unwillingness to sign, or if you do not have acceptable identification documents.

Note - The fees addressed above are in fact very reasonable as they reflect the time, effort, and expenses involved in driving to a predetermined location chosen by the client for his or her convenience.
